目的 :研究新生儿科空气净化层流病房对不同出生体重新生儿医院感染情况的影响。方法 :系统回顾本院新生儿科空气层流病房投入使用前后不同出生体重新生儿的医院感染情况。结果 :层流监护病房使用前≤1000g、1001~1500g、1501~2500g及>2500g四组不同体重新生儿感染率分别为12.0%、11.2%、5.21%及3.47%,而层流监护病房使用后≤1000g、1001~1500g、1501~2500g及>2500g四组不同体重新生儿感染率分别为10.2%、6.42%、2.83%及1.57%。统计结果表明层流监护病房使用后各组新生儿感染下降,此外,新生儿出生体重越低,感染率越高。结论 :层流病房能起到清除细菌的作用,值得临床推广应用,同时还应加强消毒灭菌及护理管理。
Objective: To study the effects of neonatal air purification laminar flow ward on nosocomial infections in neonates with different birth weight. Methods: The systematic review of nosocomial infections of neonates with different birth weights before and after the use of air laminar flow ward in our hospital was systematically reviewed. Results: The infection rates of different weight neonates in the lamina-flowery ward before use ≤1000g, 1001 ~ 1500g, 1501 ~ 2500g and> 2500g were 12.0%, 11.2%, 5.21% and 3.47% The infection rates of different weight neonates were 10.2%, 6.42%, 2.83% and 1.57% respectively in the four groups of ≤1000g, 1001 ~ 1500g, 1501 ~ 2500g and> 2500g. The statistical results showed that neonatal infection decreased in each group after the use of laminar flow monitoring ward. In addition, the newborn’s birth weight was lower and the infection rate was higher. Conclusion: The laminar flow ward can play a role in removing bacteria, which is worthy of clinical application. At the same time, it should also strengthen the disinfection and sterilization and nursing management.
