近代热带钢轧机都采用升速轧制制度,旨在保持终轧温度恒定和提高轧机生产率。所有现代热带钢轧机都备有加速装置,最高加速度为0.5~1.0m/sec~2,最小加速度为0~0.25m/sec~2。目前已经证实0.05~0.125m/sec~2的加速度能够保证终轧温度恒定,从而有效地保持带钢厚度沿全长更加均匀。本文研究较小加速度值的确定,论述如何通过这样小的加速度消除头尾温差。并建议老的轧机改造时,如果功率允许的话,可采用有限的加速度措施,以期达到终轧温度趋于恒定、成品厚度均匀而花费不大便能取得很大经济效果的目的。
Modern hot-rolling mills are using the system of speed rolling, aiming to keep the final rolling temperature constant and improve the mill’s productivity. All modern hot strip mills are equipped with acceleration devices with a maximum acceleration of 0.5-1.0 m / sec2 and a minimum acceleration of 0-0.25 m / sec2. It has been confirmed that an acceleration of 0.05-0.125 msec-2 can ensure a constant finish rolling temperature, thereby effectively keeping strip thickness more uniform along the entire length. This article examines the determination of smaller acceleration values and discusses how to eliminate head-to-tail temperature differences with such small accelerations. And suggested that the old mill transformation, if the power is allowed, you can use the limited acceleration measures, in order to achieve the final rolling temperature tends to be constant, the finished product thickness and non-stool can achieve great economic results.
