以《老子》为代表的道家管理思想在当代企业文化建设中又一次焕发出勃勃生机,对人在社会中重要性的强调,正是《老子》一书中的主旨。老子的“道法自然”归根结底是为了人的生存与发展。老子的“无为”终究是为了“无不为”是为了实现人的意愿与目标。《老子》对个体人的推崇的思想与当代企业文化以人为本的思想互相暗合,本文旨在从《老子》中挖掘出当代企业建设的思想火花。
The thought of Taoism, represented by “Lao Tzu”, is once again full of vitality in the construction of contemporary enterprise culture. The emphasis on the importance of human beings in society is exactly the thrust of the book Lao Tzu. Lao Tzu’s “Nature of Taoism” is ultimately for the survival and development of human beings. After all, Lao Tzu’s “inaction” is to “make every effort” to achieve human’s wishes and goals. “Lao Tzu” respects the idea of individual person and the thought of “people-oriented” of contemporary corporate culture are in harmony with each other. The purpose of this paper is to dig out the ideological spark of contemporary enterprise construction from “Lao Tzu”.
