目的 对我院的 5例 POEMS患者进行分析并进行文献复习。方法 报告各患者的临床表现体征之特点、实验室检查及病理结果 ,结合近 5年国外文献进行发病机制及治疗方面的讨论。结果 5例患者的确诊经过了 5月～ 2年不等的时间 ,临床上有心梗、伴有锥体束征、血小板显著增高等少见表现。结论 POEMS综合征是多系统的病变 ,应注意多系统的检查 ,尤其是神经系统的检查 ,这样或许能减少该病的误诊。
Objective To analyze 5 POEMS patients in our hospital and review the literature. Methods The clinical characteristics, laboratory findings and pathological findings of each patient were reported. The pathogenesis and treatment of the patients were reviewed in the last five years. Results The diagnosis of 5 patients after 5 months to 2 years ranging from time to time, clinically with myocardial infarction, accompanied by pyramidal tract signs, platelet significantly increased rare performance. Conclusions POEMS syndrome is a multi-systemic lesion. Multiple systematic examinations, especially neurological examinations, should be noted to reduce the misdiagnosis of the disease.
