早在上世纪八十年代末,我国便开始关注研究公务员财产申报制度的法制建设,但实践效果并不理想。公务员财产申报制度是我国反腐斗争的现实需要,完善行政监督机制的重要内容,增强政府公信力的必然要求。文章将对我国目前的公务员财产申报现状进行思考并提出完善意见。 As early as the late eighties of last century, our country began to pay attention to the study of the legal system of civil service declaration system, but the practical effect was not satisfactory. The declaration system of civil servants’ property is the actual need of anti-corruption struggle in our country, the important content of perfecting the administrative supervision mechanism and the inevitable requirement of enhancing the credibility of the government. The article will reflect on the present situation of civil servants’ property declaration in China and put forward their own opinions.
