台山核电站取水隧洞是我国首条用泥水盾构施工的越海隧洞,因工程需要,需在已建1号隧洞旁海底基岩段和孤石段地层进行钻孔爆破及预加固处理。由于爆破属无临空面爆破,爆破振动较大,必须将爆破振动对邻近已建隧洞管片结构的影响控制在容许范围内。研究结果表明:现场实测振动数据受环境干扰较大,需先进行滤波处理;基于处理后的数据进行数值动态响应分析,并通过控制爆破药量及其他减振措施,证明基岩段及孤石段爆破时对邻近隧洞管片影响较小,结构总体较安全。
The Taishan Nuclear Power Station water intake tunnel is the first cross-sea tunnel constructed with slurry water shield in China. Due to project requirements, drilling blasting and pre-reinforcement treatment must be carried out in the seabed foundation rock and the Boulders section adjacent to the No. 1 tunnel already built.
