目的通过调查患者的体验与感受来改进妇科护理服务时的方法与质量,从而在以后的工作中提高患者的满意度。方法随机发放匿名调查问卷调查自2012年以来进行过妇科护理服务的200例女性的用户满意度,设置四种项目类别和三种满意度来了解用户心理及需求,并对结果进行统计。结果用户对隐私维护程度最为满意,检查环境及检查宣教有待提高。结论关于妇科护理项目,用户最为在意隐私维护和检查环境,但提高宣教力度和加强心理沟通也是提高用户满意度的两大方式,应努力改善服务环境,提升护理人员素质,打造个性化服务,继而提高用户对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To improve patient satisfaction by investigating the experience and feelings of patients to improve the methods and quality of gynecological care services. Methods Anonymous questionnaires were randomly assigned to investigate the user satisfaction of 200 women who have performed gynecological nursing services since 2012. Four types of programs and three satisfaction levels were set up to understand the psychology and needs of users and to make statistics on the results. Results Users most satisfied with the degree of privacy maintenance, inspection environment and inspection mission to be improved. Conclusions Regarding the gynecological nursing project, the users are most concerned about the privacy maintenance and inspection environment. However, improving the propaganda and strengthening the psychological communication are two major ways to improve the customer satisfaction. Efforts should be made to improve the service environment, improve the quality of nursing staff and create personalized service, and then Improve user satisfaction with nursing services.
