当前,我们党面临着执政、改革开放和防止“和平演变”三重考验。能否经受住这样严峻的考验,在两种社会制度的较量中取胜,关键取决于党的建设状况,其中当然也包括基层党支部的建设状况。工业系统基层党支部联系着千百万产业工人,在社会主义现代化建设中肩负着光荣而艰巨的任务,因此,要特别着力加强工业系统基层党支部建设。 At present, our party is confronted with the triple tests of governance, reform and opening up and the prevention of “peaceful evolution.” Whether we can withstand such a severe test and win the contest of the two social systems depends critically on the party’s construction status, which of course includes the status of the grass-roots party branches. The grass-roots party branch of the industrial system is linked with millions of industrial workers and shoulders a glorious and arduous task in the socialist modernization drive. Therefore, we should devote particular attention to strengthening the building of the grass-roots party branches in the industrial system.
