采用病原菌生长速率法测定不同浓度新鲜西番莲叶、茎、果的水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯提取物对田七根腐病菌之一尖孢镰刀菌的抑菌活性,为田七根腐病综合防治提供参考。结果表明,西番莲叶、茎的水、乙醇和乙酸乙酯提取物对田七根腐病菌有良好的抑制活性,抑菌活性随浓度增高而增强。其中西番莲叶的乙酸乙酯提取物对尖孢镰刀菌的抑制效果最明显,抑制率达到49%。
The pathogenic bacteria growth rate method was used to determine the antibacterial activity of water, ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts from leaves, stems and fruits of different concentrations of Passiflora edulis to Fusarium oxysporum, Comprehensive prevention and control provide reference. The results showed that water, ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts of leaves and stems of Passionfruit had good inhibitory activity against Tricholoma giganteum and the antibacterial activities increased with increasing concentrations. Among them, the ethyl acetate extract of passionfruit leaves had the most obvious inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum, with the inhibition rate of 49%.
