“三支队伍”建设是电力集团公司“十二五”培训规划的重点工作,在大力开展全员培训工作的基础上,通过开展全员培训质量达标工程,促进全员培训工作保质保量地完成目标任务正是本课题研究的目的之所在,从目标体系的建立入手,对培训监控体系、质量评估体系和培训整改体系进行探讨和完善,希冀实现“开展全员培训,让每位员工都能获得最大受益;开展质量达标,让每次培训实现效率最大化”之目的。
