目的:建立烫伤合剂中绿原酸、虎杖苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,用色谱柱为lnertsil C_(8-3)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸-四氢呋喃(19:80:1)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为290 nm。结果:绿原酸、虎杖苷和盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为25.45~254.5(r=0.999 4),3.07~30.75(r=0.999 6)和6.62~66.25μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 7);平均加样回收率分别为99.99%,97.40%和98.81%(n=6)。结论:此法简便、准确,具有良好的重复性好,适用于烫伤合剂中3种组分的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine in scald mixture. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid - tetrahydrofuran (19:80: 1) with a column of lnertsil C_ (8-3) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, · Min ~ (-1), the detection wavelength is 290 nm. Results: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, polydatin and berberine were 25.45 ~ 254.5 (r = 0.999 4), 3.07 ~ 30.75 (r = 0.999 6) and 6.62 ~ 66.25 μg · ml -1 r = 0.999 7). The average recoveries were 99.99%, 97.40% and 98.81%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, good repeatability, suitable for simultaneous determination of three components in scald mixture.
