目的:调查门诊医生不按时出诊原因,将为出诊的管理和停诊的控制提供重要依据,也为完善门诊的预约挂号提供保障。方法:收集2015年9月~2016年9月门诊医生正常出诊、不按时出诊资料,调查医生不按时出诊的原因以及不按时出诊造成的后果。结果:本次调查了门诊医生12098人次出诊,不按时出诊1278次,不按时出诊率10.56%。结论:门诊医生不能按时出诊有客观因素,也有主观因素,通过沟通控制可有效改善。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the reasons why outpatients do not visit clinics on time to provide an important basis for the management of outpatient visits and the control of stoppages, as well as to provide guarantee for improving the outpatient appointment registration. Methods: From September 2015 to September 2016, outpatients were interviewed regularly, not out of date information, to investigate the reasons why doctors did not visit on time and the consequences of not visiting on time. Results: The survey of outpatients 12098 visits, not on time 1278 visits, not on time visits 10.56%. Conclusion: Outpatient doctors can not be on time to visit the objective factors, but also subjective factors, through communication and control can be effectively improved.
