工业设备化学清洗过程中清洗液中铁含量是十分重要的一个指标,监测并控制清洗液Fe~(3+)的含量,可以有效的减少被清洗设备的金属腐蚀。可以通过测定清洗液中Fe~(3+)和Fe~(2+)含量变化情况来判断清洗终点。而现有清洗液中铁含量的测定方法存在一些不足之处,结合多年实践经验,在反复试验的基础上提出了一种有别于现行方法适用于无机酸、有机酸以及混合酸清洗液中铁含量的测定新方法。1试验内容1.1仪器与试剂仪器:电加热炉;滴定管:25ml;高脚烧杯:容量200ml;六孑L恒温水浴锅;锥形瓶:250ml;容量瓶:50mv、100ml。试剂:铁标准溶液;EDTA;柠檬酸;羟基乙酸;甲酸;磺基水杨酸溶液(100g/L);氨水(1+1);
