公共文化服务体系建设是提升政府公共文化服务职能、满足广大人民群众基本文化需求的重要保证。推进我国公共文化服务体系的建设和完善,需要重视和加强人才队伍建设。当前山东省人才队伍建设在数量和规模上取得了一定成绩,然而人才结构性短缺问题凸显,阻碍了公共文化服务体系的深入发展。明确公共文化服务人才专业类型结构,分析总结山东省人才队伍结构存在的具体问题,并针对问题提出解决方案,对于推动新形势下山东省公共文化服务体系建设大有裨益。
The construction of public cultural service system is an important guarantee for enhancing the government’s public cultural services and meeting the basic cultural needs of the general public. To promote the construction and improvement of public cultural service system in our country, we need to attach importance to and strengthen the building of qualified personnel. At present, the construction of talent pool in Shandong Province has made some achievements in terms of quantity and scale. However, the problem of structural shortage of talents has been highlighted, which hinders the further development of public cultural service system. It is of great help to promote the construction of public cultural service system in Shandong Province under the new situation by clarifying the professional structure of public cultural service professionals and analyzing and summarizing specific problems existing in the contingent of qualified personnel in Shandong Province and putting forward solutions to the problems.
