Using the Minnesota ECG coding classification recommended by the World Health Organization, the electrocardiograms at rest of 683 elderly cadres aged 60 years old (old age group) were coded and compared with middle-aged men aged 40-59 (middle-aged group). analysis. The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram in the elderly group was 48.9%, and the detection rate of various types of abnormal electrocardiogram was: ST-T was changed to 18.4%, conduction block was 12.0%, various types of arrhythmia were 7.5%, and low voltage was 3.5%. The ECG axis deviation was 3.4% and the Q/QS type was 2.5%. Senile ST-T changes, heart block, Q/QS detection rate of men than women. The detection rate of the elderly group was higher than that of the middle-aged group. This article Q/QS electrocardiogram changes are mostly due to old myocardial infarction, suggesting that it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and treatment of elderly cadaver coronary heart disease.
