作者采用扫描电镜观察了破碎或粉末状态的植物性、动物和矿物类生药多种。可以认为扫描电镜在破碎或粉末状态生药的研究和鉴定中是很有用的工具。 鉴定的生药包括:(1)败酱属8种、旋覆花属6种和山黄菊的花粉;(2)洋地黄叶、颠茄叶、番泻叶和耳叶番泻叶;(3)车前子、急性子、葶苈子和芥子;(4)生石膏和煅石膏;(5)梅花鹿的鹿角。 对上述生药在电镜下观察到的特征作了描述,并附有扫描电镜照片。
The authors used scanning electron microscopy to observe a variety of botanical, animal, and mineral crude drugs in broken or powdered form. Scanning electron microscopy can be considered as a very useful tool in research and identification of broken or powdered crude drugs. The identified crude drugs include: (1) 8 species of Patrinia, 6 species of inulacum, and pollen of Camellia; (2) digitalis leaves, belladonna leaves, senna, and senna leaf; (3) Plantago, immature, gardenia and mustard; (4) gypsum and calcined gypsum; (5) Antler’s antler. The characteristics of the above crude drugs observed under the electron microscope are described and photographs of the scanning electron microscope are attached.
