目的通过检测Graves眼病患者外周血IL-17、IL-21表达水平,探讨IL-17、IL-21与Graves眼病及甲状腺功能的相关性。方法观察组为50例初诊Graves眼病患者,对照组为50例健康人,检测二组外周血中IL-17、IL-21水平及甲状腺功能。结果采用独立样本t检验及相关性分析。结果观察组外周血IL-17浓度(1 546.52±806.87)pg/ml、IL-21浓度(884.30±444.37)pg/ml较对照组IL-17浓度(770.82±437.03)pg/ml、IL-21浓度(522.38±261.15)pg/ml明显增高(P<0.05)。观察组经Pearson相关性分析,IL-17与TT3呈正相关(r=0.459,P=0.012);IL-21与TT3、FT4呈正相关(r=0.492,0.372,P=0.007,0.047)。结论 Graves眼病患者外周血IL-17、IL-21水平显著升高并与TT3呈正相关,IL-17、IL-21可能与Graves眼病的发生和发展相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between IL-17, IL-21 and Graves ophthalmopathy and thyroid function by detecting the expression of IL-17 and IL-21 in peripheral blood of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy. Methods The observation group was 50 patients with newly diagnosed Graves ophthalmopathy and the control group was 50 healthy subjects. The levels of IL-17 and IL-21 in the peripheral blood and thyroid function of the two groups were detected. Results using independent samples t test and correlation analysis. Results Compared with the control group, IL-17 concentration (770.82 ± 437.03) pg / ml and IL-21 in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (1546.52 ± 806.87 pg / ml and 884.30 ± 444.37 pg / Concentration (522.38 ± 261.15) pg / ml was significantly higher (P <0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between IL-17 and TT3 (r = 0.459, P = 0.012). There was a positive correlation between IL-21 and TT3 and FT4 (r = 0.492,0.372, P = 0.007,0.047). Conclusion The levels of IL-17 and IL-21 in peripheral blood of patients with Graves ophthalmopathy are significantly increased and positively correlated with TT3. IL-17 and IL-21 may be related to the development and progression of Graves ophthalmopathy.
