四川省总工会办公室报道近日,四川省协调劳动关系三方联合下发了《关于开展2015年度工资集体协商“集中要约月”活动的通知》,要求四川省各级协调劳动关系三方组织加强指导协调服务工作,强化监督检查,互通信息,及时研究处理工资集体协商工作中遇到的重大问题。对无理拒绝或变相拒绝要约、不按时回应的企业,各级协调劳动关系三方要及时介入,依法下达整改建议书;要约方可直接提请人力资源和社会保障部门责令其限期改正,直至追究行政或法律责任;对拒不整改的企业,可在新闻媒体进行曝光。
