以露地栽培的地被菊(Dendranthema×grandiflorum Kitamura)‘紫勋章’品种为植物试材,对其秋冬季期间的叶片、脚芽、根进行测定分析,并对备生理指标间的相关性进行分析。结果表明,露地越冬期间,地被菊‘紫勋章’根系活力随温度缓慢下降:叶片和脚芽的相对含水量及根的含水量随温度降低而下降;叶片和脚芽的SOD、CAT、POD酶活性受降温影响较明显,变化趋势不同,推测这3种酶可能在‘紫勋章’耐寒力形成中交替发挥作用,而根的酶活性则受低温影响较小。随着温度的降低,‘紫勋章’叶片可溶性糖含量显著增加,可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量总体呈下降趋势:脚芽和根的渗透调节物质含量总体呈升降趋势。相关性分析表明,地被菊‘紫勋章’耐寒力与相对含水量、SOD、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、根系活力密切相关。叶片、脚芽和根系的形态观测结果也表明,地被菊越冬成活与否主要取决于根系耐寒力的强弱。
The purple medal variety of Dendranthema × grandiflorum Kitamura cultivated in the open field was taken as the plant test material, and its leaf, foot bud and root during autumn and winter were measured and analyzed, and the correlation between the prepared physiological indexes was analyzed . The results showed that the root activity of the chrysanthemum “purple medal” decreased slowly with the temperature increasing during winter: the relative water content of leaves and buds and the water content of roots decreased with the decrease of temperature; the activities of SOD, CAT and POD Enzyme activity affected by the cooling more obvious changes in the trend, suggesting that the three enzymes may play a role in the ’purple medal’ cold hardiness, while the root enzyme activity is less affected by low temperature. With the decrease of temperature, the contents of soluble sugar and proline in ’Purple Medal’ increased significantly, and the contents of osmotic adjustment substances in foot buds and roots tended to increase. Correlation analysis showed that the resistance of cold-tolerant groundwort ’purple medal’ was closely related to relative water content, SOD, soluble protein, soluble sugar and root activity. Morphological observation of leaves, foot buds and roots also showed that the survival of the daisy overwintering mainly depends on the strength of the cold hardiness of the root system.
