通过大量试验研究了重庆地区混凝土用常见矿物掺合料的性能特点,并在其性能特点的基础上,研究了不同掺加方法对C60超高层泵送混凝土的强度、和易性、泵送性能以及含气量、压力泌水率及后期开裂等耐久性的影响。分析实验数据可知,影响其基本性能的因素主要有掺合料的种类、复掺方式、水胶比、骨料配比等。最终找到最佳复掺方式是粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰以10:8:3的比例复掺,此时的C60超高层泵送混凝土的拌合物工作性能及后期耐久性最佳,具有较好的泵送施工性能,并通过了超高层泵送实际施工验证。
