针对苏里格气田低产井动用新气层压裂改造,目前以常规K344封隔器为主的直井分层压裂管柱存在无法长期封堵已开采层,压后气液进入压力较低的已开采层导致窜层,严重影响返排率及产气量,该管柱无法满足老井改造要求。新研制的下返压裂管柱由BH-座封球座、BH-Y241封隔器、BH-逐级喷砂滑套(含可溶解压裂球)、BH-SLM防砂水力锚、BH-压差式反循环阀、BH-液压式安全接头等组成。该管柱不仅能长期有效封堵已采层保证压后稳定采气;可溶解球的应用也解决了以往低密度球的压后不易返排阻挡排液采气通道等问题;压差式反循环阀能在管柱被砂埋时提供反洗通道并且压后下节流器生产时能有效监测气层压力;各工具结构的设计能够保证整个管柱顺利上提解封,为后期若需再改造提供了便捷。该管柱2016年成功应用以来在苏里格地区共计现场应用8口井,均取得良好效果。

Since the successful application of this column in 2016, a total of 8 wells have been successfully applied in the Sulige area, all of which achieved good results.
