本文报告了18例成人多囊肾囊肿容量、压力测定和形态学顶究结果。肾单位管腔内有脱落细胞和蛋白性液体形成之管型;管壁有灶性上皮细胞增生和息肉形成;腔外纤维组织增生使管腔受压、扭曲。这些梗阻因素使管内尿流阻力增大,压力升高,管腔局部扩张,最终囊肿形成。肾单位梗阻在成人多囊肾发病中起重要作用。“去顶”减压术可解除高压囊肿对肾实质的压迫,有缓解症状、保护肾功能、延长病人生命的作用。
