当前,老师的专业成长已然成了教育界炙手可热的话题之一,同时老师的专业成长又与其专业素养的提升具有异常紧密的联系。纵使如此,但是我国仍然有较多中学语文老师的专业素养存在些许不足,比方说教学方法未曾跟上时代前进的步伐、专业素养低下等,此类不足的存在严重阻碍了我国中学语文教学质量的提升,同时也给学生的健康成长带来了较大的不利影响。本文简要分析了中学语文老师专业素养现状,并给出了诸多策略,以更好地促进中学老师专业素养的有序提升。
At present, the professional growth of teachers has become one of the hottest topics in the education field.
