腰在人体的中部,是人体承受重量的重要部位。在人的一生中,腰部最易疲劳,最易损伤和老化。因此,增强腰部力量,保护腰部,推迟腰部组织的衰老,对于男士来说尤为重要。腹,俗称“肚子”,是人体躯干的一部分,包容胃肠肝胰胆肾等多种脏器,起着平衡代谢延续生命的作用。其外部则关系到人的体形和健美。男士腹部的肌肉发达状况,还标志着男士健与力的水平。
Waist in the middle of the body, is an important part of the body to bear the weight. In human life, the waist is the most vulnerable, the most vulnerable and aging.
