目的考察不同产地番荔枝种子中阿诺宁Ⅰ。方法采用HPLC法测定。选用C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(75∶25),检测波长为220nm,柱温30℃,体积流量1mL/min。药材粉末分别采用正己烷脱脂和氯仿回流提取,用甲醇溶解即得。结果阿诺宁Ⅰ在0.3~3.0μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.78%。结论建立的定量方法可以用于番荔枝种子中阿诺宁Ⅰ的质量控制。
Objective To investigate Arnnuen Ⅰ in the seeds of Annona aestivum The method was determined by HPLC. C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (75:25). The detection wavelength was 220nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the volume flow rate was 1mL / min. Medicinal powder were n-hexane skim and chloroform reflux extraction, dissolved with methanol that. Results Anonin Ⅰ showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999) with the peak area of 0.3-3.0 μg with an average recovery of 98.9% and a RSD of 1.78%. Conclusion The established quantitative method can be used for the quality control of Annonin Ⅰ in Annonaceae seeds.
