1993～1995年,我院共施行白内障囊外摘除及前房注气泡人工晶体植入术116例、128只眼,现报告并讨论如下。 资料与方法:本组男53例、57只眼,女63例、71只眼;年龄7～94岁。老年性白内障115只眼,外伤性8只眼,并发性4只眼,Ⅱ期植入1只眼。术前滴抗生素眼药水,术前30分钟口服安定片10mg,术眼点托品卡胺眼药水或苯上腺素注射液充分散瞳。以2％利多卡因10ml行球周麻醉,压迫眼球5～10分钟,充分软化眼球,同时快速静滴20％甘露醇250ml,缝线开睑,上下直肌拉线将眼
From 1993 to 1995, our hospital performed a total of 116 cases of extracapsular cataract extraction and anterior chamber infusion of intraocular lens implantation, 128 eyes, are now reported and discussed below. Materials and Methods: The group of 53 males and 57 females, 63 females, 71 eyes; aged 7 to 94 years. 115 eyes of senile cataract, 8 eyes of traumatic injury, 4 eyes of concomitant disease and 1 eye of stage Ⅱ. Preoperative antibiotic drops of ophthalmic solution, 30 minutes before surgery oral stability tablets 10mg, surgery eye care propofol amine eye drops or penicillin injection full mydriasis. 2% lidocaine 10ml line of anesthesia around the ball, oppression of the eye 5 to 10 minutes, fully soften the eye, while rapid intravenous infusion of 20% mannitol 250ml, suture open eyelid, the upper and lower rectum pull the eye
