改革开放以来,在邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论指引下,我国利用外资取得了巨大的成就。特别是进入90年代以来,我国对外开放不断扩大,投资环境进一步改善,外商直接投资迅猛发展,进入了一个新的阶段。在这一时期,我国利用外资有了一些新的特点,其中尤其令人瞩目的是外商投资的主体中,大型跨国公司明显增加。 Since the reform and opening up, guided by Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, China has made tremendous achievements in using foreign capital. Since the 1990s, in particular, China’s opening up to the outside world has been continuously expanded and its investment environment has been further improved. The rapid development of foreign direct investment has entered a new phase. During this period, there were some new features in the utilization of foreign capital in our country. Of particular note was the noticeable increase of large multinational corporations in the main body of foreign investment.
