所谓反思,就是一种有思考的学习,也是一种有理性的总结。而教学反思就是指教师在教学过程中通过教学监控、教学体验等方式,辩证地否定(即扬弃)主体的教学观念、教学经验、教学行为的一种积极的认知加工过程。教学反思具有鲜明的实践性、突出的主体性、理性的创新性。一名教师要想成为学习型的教师,使自己的课堂教学不断提高有效性,永远具有生命的活力,养成反思总结的好习惯、善于进行反思是必经之路。
