实验测定了内螺纹重力热管变功率的运行特性,并与普通重力热管进行比较,得出了内螺纹对重力热管传热特性的影响.实验表明:水平放置时,在相同功率条件下,内螺纹重力热管的蒸发段温度和轴向温差要比普通重力热管小,而且内螺纹提高了重力热管的传热极限.垂直放置时,在相同功率条件下,内螺纹重力热管的蒸发段温度和轴向温差同样小于普通重力热管;输入功率为20W时,内螺纹重力热管热阻要大于普通重力热管热阻,输入功率大于20W时.内螺纹重力热管热阻小于普通重力热管热阻.
