目的掌握海宁市农村学校生活饮用水与环境卫生现状,为改善农村学校环境卫生质量提供科学依据。方法对海宁市90所农村学校的卫生状况进行问卷调查,随机抽取10所学校做现场调查及饮用水水质检测,并对其中300名学生蛔虫、钩虫感染情况进行调查。结果全市90所农村学校卫生厕所符合率为93.6%,供水全部为集中式,洗手设施、垃圾收集设施完备,排污水设施符合率为97.8%;10份水样检测指标合格率为90.5%,300份粪便蛔虫、钩虫感染检测全部阴性。结论尚有部分农村学校生活饮用水与环境卫生设施不完善。建议学校供水与城镇水厂并网实现城乡一体化。
Objective To understand the status quo of drinking water and sanitation in rural schools in Haining and provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of environmental hygiene in rural schools. Methods The health status of 90 rural schools in Haining City was investigated by questionnaire. Ten schools were randomly selected for field investigation and drinking water quality testing. Infection was investigated among 300 students of roundworm and hookworm. Results The compliance rate of sanitary lavatories in 90 rural schools in the city was 93.6%. The water supply was centralized and the facilities for handwashing were complete. The garbage collection facilities were complete. The compliance rate of sewerage facilities was 97.8%. The passing rate of 10 water samples was 90.5% Stool roundworm, hookworm infection test all negative. Conclusion There are still some rural schools, drinking water and sanitation facilities are not perfect. It is suggested that the school water supply should be integrated with the urban waterworks to realize the integration of urban and rural areas.
