目的识别、评价、控制某公司污水处理系统改造项目存在的职业病危害因素。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学类比调查和职业危害因素监测,采用类比法和检查表法进行综合评价。结果该改造项目的选址、总平面布置、生产工艺及设备布局、建筑物卫生学要求、职业病危害因素、职业病防护设施、应急救援措施、个人防护用品配备、卫生辅助用室设置、职业卫生管理等符合国家有关规定,对类比企业检测结果显示,生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)均符合国家卫生标准限值。结论该改造项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, evaluate and control the occupational hazard factors existing in a company’s sewage treatment system reconstruction project. Methods Through the collection of relevant information, on-site occupational hygiene analogy survey and occupational hazard factors monitoring, the method of analogy and checklist were used for comprehensive evaluation. Results The site selection, general layout, production technology and equipment layout, building hygiene requirements, occupational hazards, occupational disease protection facilities, emergency rescue measures, personal protective equipment, health aids room setting, occupational health management In line with the relevant provisions of the State, the test results of analogy enterprises show that the concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards generated in the production process are in line with the national health standards limit. Conclusion The hazard of occupational diseases in the process of production of the reconstruction project can be prevented. It is feasible to analyze the project from the angle of occupational health.
