葡萄的新梢有二次生长,果粒重量、体积、含糖量有二次增长的生物学特性。果粒第一次生长的营养物质主要由前期营养旺盛生长期中形成的叶片所提供;果粒第二次生长中,含糖量、重量及体积都同时增长。果粒的重量特别是含糖量受气候因子的影响,产量与含糖量呈负相关。栽培措施对提高含糖量的效果不超过2%。
Grape shoots have secondary growth, fruit weight, volume, sugar content of the second biological characteristics of growth. The first nutritional growth of fruit is mainly provided by the leaves formed during the vigorous vegetative growth in early prophase. In the second growth of fruit, the sugar content, weight and volume all increase at the same time.
