一、反思互动的作用1.促进师生的相互理解当教师不断地反思自身的行为与自身的教学时,就会意识到自身行为和教学中的不足,针对自身的不足,采取相应的改进措施。当教师能够理解自己时,也就能够理解与自己存在类似问题的学生,进而给予学生一定的宽容,并向他们提出改进建议。同样,当学生能够不断地反思自身的行为与学习时,就能逐渐意识到自身在学习中存在的问题,就能有效地接受教师的指导。通过师生反思互动,使师生能够体谅对方处境并能以积极的态度对待
