一、干燥标准血清胶片的制备 1.用放射科用过的废胶片,经酸或碱(清洗液也可)加工处理成透明胶片。做成普通载物片大小或根据检查人份做成大小胶片。 2.用玻璃蜡笔或油漆在胶片两侧面成2个似弍分硬币大小的圆圈,分别在胶片两角写上A和B字样。 3.按A、B标记,分别备加A和B型标准抗血清2滴,略活动胶片使血清少许铺开。 4.放37℃孵箱内2～3h烘干,时间不宜过长,以免引起血清效价降低。 5.取出胶片,放塑料袋内,把口扎紧,冰箱保存。即为制好的干燥标准血清胶片,可随时使用。二、使用方法取出标准血清胶片,编号或写上姓名。方法一:先将受检者的血液制成2%～5%的生
