OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between cancer pain and analgesic treatment compliance and efficacy through the investigation of pain perception in cancer patients. Methods A total of 228 cancer patients were surveyed by self designed “Cancer Patient Pain Inventory”. Results Among the 228 cancer patients surveyed, the average response rate of patients with pain to opioids was 33.46%, and the average response rate to patients without pain was 37.14%. The correct answer rate of both types of patients There was no significant difference (P value: 0.89). Conclusion There are many misunderstandings about the perception of pain and opioids in cancer patients, which greatly affects patient compliance and analgesia.
