目的 调查抗洪抢险部队卫生检疫中存在的问题,探索大规模军事行动之后卫生检疫方法。方法 1998年10～11月对空军主要抗洪抢险部队,以团为单位进行调查。结果 抗洪抢险部队基本上能正确掌握卫生检疫时间和有效开展疾病普查及消、杀、灭工作,发病率控制在较低水平。结论 大部分部队基本上能正确开展卫生检疫工作,但尚需提供技术指导。
Objective To investigate the problems existing in health and quarantine of flood and rescue units and to explore the methods of health and quarantine after large-scale military operations. Methods From October to November 1998, the main air combat units engaged in flood fighting and rescue were investigated by the regiment. As a result, the flood fighting and rescue units basically can correctly grasp the time for health and quarantine inspection and carry out census, elimination, killing and extermination of diseases effectively, and the incidence rate is controlled at a relatively low level. Conclusion Most of the troops can basically carry out the health quarantine inspection correctly, but still need to provide technical guidance.
