1994年1月1日起实施的《教师法》第二十五条明确规定:“教师的平均工资水平应当不低于或者高于国家公务员的平均工资水平,并逐步提高。”一度时间,这成了全体教师梦寐以求的事。2009年1月1日起,全国义务教育学校实施绩效工资,高中阶段教师也逐步实施绩效工资。几经周折,梦想终于变成了现实。这不只是收入高低的问题,而是平等与尊重的问题。
