Toll-like receptor (TLR) is an important receptor system recognized by the body in recent years to recognize the pathogen associated molecular pat- tern (PAMP) and activate the innate immune response. It can also stimulate adaptive immunity Response, which activates innate immunity by mediating a variety of signal transduction pathways and is directly related to host resistance to viral infections, inflammatory responses and autoimmune diseases. This review summarizes the molecular structure, distribution, ligands, signal transduction pathways and mechanisms of anti-viral infection of TLRs.
