采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,分别以工作曲线法和标准加入法选择多种基体改进剂测定尿中镉的含量。选用0.1%Pd Cl2/0.2%Mg(NO3)2为基体改进剂,方法检出限为0.052μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.66%~1.05%,标准物质测定误差在允许范围之内。提示选用0.1%Pd Cl2/0.2%Mg(NO3)2为基体改进剂测定尿中镉含量,操作简单,精密度、准确度好,灵敏度高,值得广泛推广。
Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of cadmium in the urine by a variety of matrix modifiers with working curve method and standard addition method respectively. The detection limit of the method was 0.052μg / L with the relative standard deviation of 0.66% ~ 1.05%. The error of determination of standard substance was within the allowable range. Prompt selection of 0.1% Pd Cl2 / 0.2% Mg (NO3) 2 as a matrix modifier for determination of urinary cadmium content, simple operation, precision, accuracy, high sensitivity, it is widely promoted.
