观前,位于浦城东南隅二十余里的南浦溪畔。这里,依山傍水,临江溪与南浦溪在此交汇,溪面形成“丫”字形,迤逦蜿蜒朝南流入闽江。村前、村后有三座小山,土黄者,谓金山;土白者,谓银山;形似龟者,谓龟山。远眺观前,恰似一幅“三山夹二水”的水墨丹青。山是青的,树木葱茏,枫叶漫山红遍;水是绿的,绿得蓝;青山重重叠叠,绿水连绵不断,村前一溪碧水,曲折回旋,有诗云: Viewpoint, located in Pucheng southeast of more than twenty years in the bank of Nanpu River.
