《前厅与客房服务管理》课程是高职院校旅游管理专业的核心专业课程之一,也是门应用导向的课程,它所涉及的前厅与客房的教学内容是和学生实际就业岗位直接相对接的。如何培养酒店需要的人才,如何使我们的课程教学适应高职教学要求和行业发展的需要,文章从师资建设、课程内容设计、教学方法改良、建立以能力为目标的多元化考核体系等几个方面入手,来探讨课程的建设与改革。
