Kharkov, a teacher at Visoko Kopal School in the Koromo district of Kharkov, wrote a letter to the editorial board of The Journal (in the case of the Soviet Union “History Teaching”, the same below). The history teacher replied Question: Why study History? It is more difficult for teachers of physics, chemistry, and foreign languages to answer the same questions than math, physics, chemistry, and foreign languages because of the practical nature of the latter lessons. Comrade Cornelt therefore requested that the journal clarify Learn the meaning of history, and cite the opinions expressed by classics of Marxism-Leninism and other prominent thinkers about the significance of being a scientific history.
