回顾了军事代表航空发动机可靠性工程质量监督发展历程,对研制阶段可靠性工程质量监督过程中存在的大纲审签偏重形式和可靠性工程信息管理未成系统等两个主要问题进行了剖析,针对不同问题提出了将5M1E方法用于航空发动机可靠性大纲审签过程和在可靠性工程信息管理中采用二维条形码技术等有针对性的建议措施,并以实例说明了贯彻法规标准,提高发动机研制阶段可靠性工程质量监督效能的思路。
