员工人事档案“三龄一历”关系到员工的切身利益,是人力资源管理各项工作开展的基础和前提。本文以H公司为例,绘制“三龄一历”审核认定工作开展的流程图,并分析工作中面临的问题及原因,基于存在的问题,提出四方面相应的解决方法。该项工作的开展取得了一定效果,希望能为其他企业提供经验启示。
Staff personnel files “the third age experience ” related to the immediate interests of employees, is the basis and premise of the work of human resources management. Taking H Company as an example, this paper draws up the flow chart of the examination and approval of “SanLingYiLi ”, and analyzes the problems and causes in the work, based on the existing problems, puts forward the corresponding solutions in four aspects. The work has achieved some success, hoping to provide other companies with experience and inspiration.
