目的根据食用油的线性混合机制给出了掺杂混合油的吸光度和构成它的原料油的吸光度及其掺杂比之间的线性关系式,从而推导出一种利用吸光度计算掺杂比的检测方法。方法由误差分析理论确定了最佳检测波长区位于有效工作区内2种原料油的吸光度差值最大的区域,利用构建的可见-近红外光谱采集检测系统对芝麻油掺杂玉米油、橄榄油掺杂葵花籽油和花生油掺杂大豆油的情况进行了实验验证。结果 3种情况的计算掺杂比和标准配比之间的相关系数分别可以达到0.9996、0.9984和0.9993,标准误差为0.0061、0.0116和0.0076。结论利用线性光度法可以准确计算得到食用混合油的掺杂比,可以用于食用油掺杂的快速定量检测。
OBJECTIVE According to the linear mixing mechanism of edible oil, a linear relationship between the absorbance of the mixed oil and the absorbance of the raw material oil and its doping ratio is given, method. Methods The best detection wavelength region was determined by error analysis theory. The difference of absorbance between the two feedstock oils in the effective working area was the best. By using the visible-near-infrared spectroscopy detection system, Hybrid sunflower oil and peanut oil doped soybean oil was experimentally verified. Results The correlation coefficients between the calculated doping ratio and the standard ratio of the three cases can reach 0.9996, 0.9984 and 0.9993 respectively, and the standard errors are 0.0061, 0.0116 and 0.0076. Conclusion The doping ratio of edible mixed oil can be accurately calculated by linear photometry, which can be used for rapid and quantitative detection of edible oil doping.
