矿区土地利用过程是碳源增加过程,如何采取有效的矿区复垦模式增加矿区碳汇能力成为矿区可持续发展亟待解决的问题。尝试利用马尔科夫(Markov)过程优化用地结构方式提高矿区碳汇能力。研究得出矿区碳汇能力流失的主要原因是当前我国矿区土地复垦顶层设计目标模糊、矿区损毁土地复垦方案针对性弱。按照鼓励、限制、禁止开发的区域划分要求,在各类不同区域,以效益最大化和不降低矿区的碳汇水平为目标,根据地类特点,进行增减浮动的土地利用结构调整来提高矿区土地汇碳能力。
The process of land utilization in mining area is the process of increasing carbon source. How to take effective mining reclamation mode to increase carbon sequestration capacity in mining area has become an urgent problem to be solved in the sustainable development of mining area.
