目的探讨应用模型外科技术在指导全面部骨折手术中颌骨复位、恢复咬合关系的作用。方法选择全面部骨折病例1例,介绍模型外科制作的全过程。利用镜像对称原理,在石膏模型上确定下颌牙弓宽度,再确定上颌咬合关系,制作咬合板。结果用咬合板引导,快速准确拼对咬合关系,指导骨折段复位,减少了术中骨块拼对时间和手术创伤,使手术顺利进行。患者术后咬合关系、面型恢复良好,未发生感染。结论模型外科在全面部骨折手术中有很好的指导作用,是全面部骨折手术中有价值的辅助手段,且简单易学,容易推广。
Objective To explore the role of model surgical techniques in guiding the reduction and restoration of the occlusion of the jaw in the treatment of total fractures. Methods One case of total fracture was selected to introduce the whole process of model surgical production. Using the principle of mirror symmetry, mandibular arch width is determined on the plaster model, and then the maxillary occlusion relationship is determined to make a bite plate. The results with the bite board guide, fast and accurate spelling relationship between the occlusion, guide fracture reduction, reducing intraoperative bone fight spell time and surgical trauma, the surgery carried out smoothly. Patient occlusal relationship, the face recovered well without infection. Conclusion The model of surgery in the Department of fracture surgery has a good guide, is a comprehensive Department of fractures in the valuable aid, and easy to learn, easy to promote.
