目的:对比分析血液透析机旁路采用3种消毒法的消毒效果。方法:从2013年3月开始,对本院25台费森尤斯血液透析机旁路分别采取3种不同消毒方案消毒,每种方案进行6个月,方案一(A组)采用柠檬酸加反渗水浸泡消毒10 min,再用加热40~50℃的反渗水浸泡消毒10 min;方案二(B组)采用加热70~80℃的反渗水浸泡消毒20 min;方案三(C组)采用次氯酸钠加反渗水消毒20 min。取3组血透机入口液样本进行细菌培养和内毒素检测,比较3组细菌菌落数与内毒素差异。结果:B组细菌菌落数与内毒素含量显著低于A、C两组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加热70~80℃的反渗水浸泡消毒血液透析机旁路20 min可有效杀灭细菌和芽孢,效果显著优于柠檬酸加反渗水和次氯酸钠加反渗水浸泡消毒法,而且方法简便快速,价格低廉。
Objective: To comparatively analyze the disinfection effect of three kinds of disinfection methods in hemodialysis machine bypass. METHODS: From March 2013 onwards, three different disinfection programs were performed on 25 Fresenius hemodialysis machines in our hospital, each of them for 6 months. In scheme 1 (group A), citric acid Reverse osmosis water immersion disinfection 10 min, and then heated 40 ~ 50 ℃ reverse osmosis water immersion disinfection 10 min; Option II (B group) heated 70 ~ 80 ℃ reverse osmosis water immersion disinfection 20 min; program three (C group) using sodium hypochlorite Reverse osmosis water disinfection 20 min. Three groups of hemodialysis machine inlet fluid samples were taken for bacterial culture and endotoxin testing. The differences of bacterial colonies and endotoxin in three groups were compared. Results: The number of bacterial colonies and endotoxin in group B were significantly lower than those in groups A and C (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Bacteria and spores can be effectively killed by using a reverse osmosis water immersion disinfection hemodialysis machine heated at 70-80 ℃ for 20 min, which is significantly better than citric acid plus reverse osmosis and sodium hypochlorite plus reverse osmosis water immersion disinfection method, and the method is simple and rapid , The price is low.
