涝渍型的农田 ,灾害发生在雨季 ,农田先受涝 ,地表水排除后 ,由于地下水回降过慢而受渍 ,因此 ,作物减产是由涝渍双重作用的结果 ,在经济评价中 ,既不能单纯按受涝减产或按受渍减产进行分析 ,也不能分别将两者造成的减产损失进行简单的叠加 .本文介绍了作者对在淮北地区开展棉花涝渍试验成果的分析 ,论证了以等效淹渍历时作为反映涝渍程度的综合指标的可能性 ,并提出确定涝渍兼治农田排水设计标准的新方法 .
