一、经销商企业现状分析经销商企业大多经过十几年的创业发展,基本形成了初具规模的企业体系,即形成一线品牌、二三线品牌综合发展的经营体系。其中,一线品牌发挥了市场开发的价值作用,二三线品牌起到了品类丰富、提升毛利的作用。此外,还基本建立了自己的核心业务团队;形成初具规模的物流体系,具备适应企业发展需要的仓库能力、配送能力;逐步建立了企业的标准、流程,不断完善了企业的用人制度、考核制度,企业管理能力不断完善。
